The Fare Drop Protection program, where you can plan your trip in advance and we monitor your booking and will try to find a cheaper fare on the same flight and refund the difference in form of cash or eCash with lifetime validity into your account, subject to the terms and conditions of the program.With Yatra Assure, we also allow you to make Free Cancellation on your International Flights. You can avail this facility on cancelling the ticket booking made on the same day by 2300 hours (IST). The program extends to most airlines. Happy flying!

Fare Drop Protection

• Just book and relax under Fare Drop Protection, where we will monitor your booking and process the refund if the fare drops less than the cancellation charges.
• Under Fare Drop Protection, We will monitor on your behalf with Airlines on daily basis for cheapest fare before your travel departure.
• Under Fare Drop Protection, Itinerary should be identical – same airline, flight number, timing and number of passengers – to the one booked with Yatra.
• Regarding eligibility of refund under fare drop protection, this will be judged on the basis of cancellation charges of the original ticket.
• If cancellation charges are less than the new fare on the booked flights, then we will adjust the cancellation charges and process the excess amount in your account before your departure.
• If cancellation charges are more than the new fare on the booked flights, then you will be eligible for non-expirable ecash refund which you can utilized to book any product on Yatra.com.
• eCash will be given to the customer of 100 percent of fare difference or maximum of 10,000 eCash.
• The refund of money or eCash against your booking can be availed only once.

Free Cancellation on your International Flights

• Enjoy 100% Free Cancellation on selected Flights if you cancel the ticket on the same day of ticket issuance by 2300 hours (IST). This waiver will not apply if travel is within 48 hours of cancellation.
• To avail this facility, simply log into My Bookings section on the Yatra website or app, and proceed with the cancellation process.
